I was very impressed with Sondra through my house buying journey. I didn't know anything about real estate when I approached her with my intent to explore houses in the neighborhood. I was looking for a decent house but with a tight budget and ...given my busy work schedule, no time to explore during weekdays. Even though I gave her a very vague impression of what I was looking for, she was quick to observe my reactions through initial showings and continuously tailored next inventory to my specs. She accommodated very well my constraints and we worked as a team to find the ideal home within my budget. I especially appreciate her protective nature, not only because she was stopping me from falling to temptations but also for her care to all parties engaged in the process. Jordan was able to meet us for home tours in a moment's notice, and he always had incr...edibly valuable information about the quality of the home and how it compared to the rest of the market. Having just moved to Pennsylvania, it was great to have Jordan's experience when it came time to make an offer and navigate the escrow and closing processes. Jordan took the time to explain all of the steps and worked with us to prepare successful counter-offers and to help us put together a list of contingencies and requests for the seller. We then profited from Jordan's excellent negotiating skills as he got us everything we asked for! I couldn't have been happier with how this home buying experience went. While we plan to live in our new home for decades, if the time came for us to move, I wouldn't hesitate to give Jordan a call!

Sondra is awesome. My husband and I are working so hard to get the American dream life. However, this dream becomes really hard when you come from another country and do not know much about how things are done without people taking advantage of...you. Susan recently helped my partner and I purchase our first home! We were moving quickly and had a particular wish list. She always provided honest, objective feedback on properties we viewed - and didn't hold back if she felt pricing was too hig...h or low. This was particularly helpful as we had not had any real estate experience in determining value of a property prior to this. We relied heavily on her experience in that regard. She was especially helpful during closing - going through all the documents with us in-depth to ensure we understood everything. Because of this, we never felt any pressure or stress throughout the process. I highly recommend Susan (and already have!).

Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $1000K in Narberth, PA. Jordan helped us find and buy a unique property in Narberth PA. He coordinated a well organized search for properties that met our needs, and notified us as soon a...s highly desirable new construction came on the market so that we were first in line to negotiate a deal. He is a straight shooter and did a good job advocating our interests vis a vis the builder who was selling the house. He is very responsive (available 24/7) and on the ball. Would strongly recommend working with him if you are looking to purchase on the Main Line.
