Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $550K in Wynnewood, PA. We moved to the Philadelphia area recently from the Midwest. Jordan was introduced to us as an experienced realtor who had worked with out of town clients. We fou...nd him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly understood our needs and was very prompt in informing us when new listings came up. He was very generous with his time. With little advanced notice, he was able to show us homes during our brief visits to Philadelphia. He was especially good at negotiating and closing the deal for us. We highly recommend Jordan as a real estate agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Gladwyne, PA. On our first meeting, Jordan was quickly able to discern the type of home we were looking for and showed us the house we ultimately purchased on the first day he took us around. Since we ...wanted to see what else was available, he spent many weeks patiently taking us to numerous other homes, most of which were very close to what we were looking for. Jordan has an intimate knowledge of the main line and was always immediately available to us by phone and by email. He expertly guided us through the entire process. Even after we settled, Jordan offered us contacts for eveyrthing from a housekeeper to a contractor. He is a great guy and was a pleasure to work with.

He was very helpful in negotiating with a somewhat difficult seller. Jordan provided great ideas to help update our new home. Sold a Single Family home in 2006 in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Jordan helped me prepare and sold my mother in laws home in Bala Cynwyd. Other realtors told us the home was a fixer upper. Jordan explained the work needed to make the house ready to mo...ve in and to attract a different type of buyer, mostly cosmetic, re-sanded floors, paint, new appliances kitchen, some new fixtures in bathrooms. For $12,000 investment, and some sweat, we were able to get an additional $120,000 for the property. He even recommended contractors, spent the time to detail the work required and got us three offers within the first three weeks. His interest in maximizing the sale price while minimizing the investment required was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Jordan to both buyers and sellers.

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $975K in Villanova, PA. One of the best things about Jordan is he really listens and focuses on what is right for you. When we wanted to buy a home, we came to him with a list of our ideal...s. After about 15 minutes he said "I know the perfect house for you." The very first home he took us to, he was right! It was perfect. We dragged him to about 20 other listings, and he patiently went through all of them, but in the end he was right. Since then we've referred him to several friends, many of whom purchased homes and said the same thing - he found them just the right place (even when they weren't sure what they wanted). He is also excellent at staging and knowing what buyers want, so even in the last year he has been very successful in the slow market. Recently, he helped us work through the decision to remodel or buy a new home. Even though he knew his own commissions were at stake (buying the new and selling our old home), he was very objective about the value of our house, showed us comps, went through everything we would need to do to make our home marketable, even down to recommending contractors if we decided to stay and do the remodel. Jordan is honest, professional, and has his client's best interests at heart always, and we will continue recommending him to our friends!
