Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in King Of Prussia, PA.

Never before have my husband Orlando and I bought a home so quickly.
We took several months to a year searching for our homes in Toronto, Dubai, Florida and Central Pennsylvania. This time we’re older and didn’t want the hassle of moving into a rental in order to give ourselves 6 months to search. As soon Orlando’s new job offer came in, we were on the phone to Jordan to request his help to find us a home. We hoped to find our dream home, make an offer and move in – all in less than a month. Our sons thought we were being over optimistic to think that could happen. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the market, polite, and professional. We especially liked his transparency in all his dealings. He was always prompt in responding to our many email requests which is what a person wants when making such a huge purchase. Jordan has a calm and pleasant demeanor and believes strongly in karma. Last night was our first night in our new home – exactly a month from the day we began our search with Jordan. Yay!! Our new dwelling has ALL the features we were looking for within the house and is located in the ideal neighborhood, quite close to work, to the stores, Church, etc. Thank you Jordan Wiener!
