Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $450K in Media, PA.

Jordan was great to work with from start to finish. He came highly recommended by a colleague of my husband’s, and we were very happy with our experience. He was responsive at a moment’s notice, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with our search even with our sometimes difficult schedule. He gave honest opinions and advice on what could work best for us, but was not pushy. For example, we reduced our top dollar amount / square footage along the way when we decided to scale back our search a little, and he did not try to push us into anything beyond our comfort zone. He has a lot of practical knowledge about house quality and structure which was helpful, and he also can recommend contractors / workmen for various tasks if needed. (Since our purchase, we’ve been very pleased with two different craftsmen we asked him to recommend for some updating projects in the home.) He is pleasant and personable and easy to chat with.
