Susan recently helped my partner and I purchase our first home! We were moving quickly and had a particular wish list. She always provided honest, objective feedback on properties we viewed – and didn’t hold back if she felt pricing was too high or low. This was particularly helpful as we had not had any real estate experience in determining value of a property prior to this. We relied heavily on her experience in that regard.
