Bought a Single Family home for approximately $650K in Merion Station, PA.

We knew from our first meeting that Jordan was the one, and each new contact with him proved more and more that we made the right decision. We interviewed multiple agents before starting our house-hunting process; all the agents we considered had extensive local knowledge, were referred by friends and had great reviews. Jordan stood out immediately for 3 main reasons: 1) he listened carefully to what we were looking for and personalized the houses he showed us accordingly, 2) he was down-to-earth and upfront as we toured houses, and 3) he has a great sense of humor and is fun to spend time with. Throughout the process, he worked around our schedules and was patient and overly accommodating with our frequently fussy 2-month old son. He made us feel like his first priority (even though I know he was working on much bigger ‘deals’ than ours at the time). While another agent told us we’d have to adjust our expectations and compromise, Jordan got us much MORE HOUSE in a much BETTER NEIGHBORHOOD than we ever thought we could afford.
