Bottom line: Jordan is the best. You will not be disappointed. We have dealt with several realtors in the last few years, having moved several times, and although many were good, Jordan was the number one best. Jordan excels at all aspects of being a realtor. Not only does he have a knack for understanding what type of house you’re looking for and for understanding the market and were it is going – all things you expect in a good realtor-, there is really nothing he doesn’t do well. He understands home construction and can help visualize renovations and give approximate costs. He is an expert negotiator and got us a great deal on a beautiful home. He was even seemingly unaffected by two wild kids running circles around him during showings. He is a true professional. Even when it came to getting a mortgage, he made it happen when no else could. We failed to get a mortgage despite working with 5 different mortgage brokers before we met Jordan. Jordan put us in touch with a lender and a week later we were approved… amazing. On top of all that, he always answered our calls, he was always available, and he frequently checked-up on us to make sure everything was going well. I am told he is very busy, but we honestly felt like we were his only clients. There is a reason why he consistently gets a five star rating.
