Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $950K in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

I have no doubt that Jordan Wiener helped us get top dollar for our home – which we did within 30 hours of putting it on the market. Realistically, we got more money than we imagined we would and to the extent that our sale was in line with others in the area, that’s because Jordan raised the bar with other sales.

Be aware though Jordan will ask for top dollar IF your house is in top condition. We put a lot of money into making our home “perfect” – new roof, exterior paint, floors redone, new carpeting, etc – but we got more than that money back. It was a terrific investment and Jordan made it all the more so by knowing exactly how much we could ask.

If we were to sell a house again, we would call him again. That says it all.
