Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Narberth, PA.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having Jordan as our realtor this summer. His knowledge of not only the area, but details like the construction and materials used in the homes we toured, and his willingness to give an honest, well-informed opinion about particular homes, was invaluable. He gave us good suggestions for other resources, such as a roofing contractor, an inspector, floor repair people, and so on.

While this was all perfect for a first-time home buying experience, his talents as an expert negotiator helped us immensely after we had tendered our offer. Jordan hustled for us, and got us the deal we were looking for, which is what you want in a real estate agent.
