Jordan is realistic, perhaps slightly conservative, when setting the sale price with potential home sellers sharing local housing market information and his experience. He uses a talented photographer who knows how to highlight the features of a home. Jordan was on top of all aspects of the entire home selling process, patiently alerting and helping us deal with any minor hiccups that arose when selling our home. On top of all of this he is nice guy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.175M in Haverford, PA. Jordan recently represented us in buying a house on the Main Line. We were moving to the area from out of state, and he worked with us to screen properties and...coordinate numerous showings around our very tight schedule. He knows the area really well, and provides valuable context on the features and differences of the various neighborhoods on the Main Line. He maintained very good oversight of the negotiation and documentation process, which was especially important as the sellers agent wasn't nearly as proactive. Jordan has excellent resources (home inspectors, contractors, cleaners, etc.) and readily provided introductions which helped us get a number of jobs lined up on short notice. Jordan is highly responsive, customer focused, and deeply knowledgeable about Main Line neighborhoods, properties, schools, and amenities - we enjoyed working with him!
