He offered advice on staging my home an...d had the contacts to get it done in a timely manner. My house sold within a few weeks of being on the market and I was happy with the price. He handled every detail flawlessly even picking up the pieces when the buyers realtor made some mistakes. He was always available not matter what time or day I tried to reach him. Jordan is a true professional and a master of his trade. I could not recommend him enough.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Bryn Mawr, PA. We had a great experience with Jordan. My wife and I had our sights set on finding a home in the Bryn Mawr area for about six months and finally found just the on...e we were looking for. We called the listing agent on a Friday night, who told us that there were already several offers on the home, as was the case with most homes in this area in the 350-450 range. We assumed we were out of luck. Fortunately we were not, because upon finding the listing on Zillow we had contacted Jordan via the website that same Friday night. Jordan called my cell back the next morning while he was on a fishing trip in the Adirondacks! He told me that even though the listing agent and sellers had accepted one of the offers, we could still go and see the home and potentially even put in another offer. Well, as the story goes... Jordan came back from fishing the next day showed us the home, helped us to structure a competitive offer and we made settlement on that that very home just yesterday. Thank you Jordan!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Narberth, PA. Jordan is a consummate professional and he embodies all the qualities I would want in a real estate agent. First and foremost, I was repeatedly impressed by Jorda...n’s attentiveness and I can echo what others have said in terms of my feeling like I was Jordan’s only client. Day or night, Jordan always responded to my calls quickly and he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Jordan moved rapidly to get me in to view properties right away, and in the case of the home I purchased, he helped me get in to see the place before it was officially on the market. Jordan is such a tireless worker that I am only half-joking when I say that I wonder when he finds the time to sleep. I was also continuously impressed by Jordan’s knowledge, diligence, meticulousness, and integrity. For the sake of additional context, I’ll note that I was buying my new house in the wake of divorce and Jordan was always very empathetic, supportive, and patient in terms of the emotional aspects of the home search for me. Jordan ultimately helped me work within my budget to find a great home close to my kids with the added bonus of being on a great child-friendly cul-de-sac. Without question, Jordan is a great person in general and he is the best agent with whom I have worked.

We have dealt with several realtors in the last few years, having moved several...times, and although many were good, Jordan was the number one best. Jordan excels at all aspects of being a realtor. Not only does he have a knack for understanding what type of house you’re looking for and for understanding the market and were it is going - all things you expect in a good realtor-, there is really nothing he doesn’t do well. He understands home construction and can help visualize renovations and give approximate costs. He is an expert negotiator and got us a great deal on a beautiful home. He was even seemingly unaffected by two wild kids running circles around him during showings. He is a true professional. Even when it came to getting a mortgage, he made it happen when no else could. We failed to get a mortgage despite working with 5 different mortgage brokers before we met Jordan. Jordan put us in touch with a lender and a week later we were approved… amazing. On top of all that, he always answered our calls, he was always available, and he frequently checked-up on us to make sure everything was going well. I am told he is very busy, but we honestly felt like we were his only clients. There is a reason why he consistently gets a five star rating.

I have no doubt that Jordan Wiener helped us get top dollar for our home - which we did within 30 hours of putting it on the market. Realistically, we got more mo...ney than we imagined we would and to the extent that our sale was in line with others in the area, that's because Jordan raised the bar with other sales. Be aware though Jordan will ask for top dollar IF your house is in top condition. We put a lot of money into making our home "perfect" - new roof, exterior paint, floors redone, new carpeting, etc - but we got more than that money back. It was a terrific investment and Jordan made it all the more so by knowing exactly how much we could ask. If we were to sell a house again, we would call him again. That says it all.
