Bought a home in 2012 in Penn Wynne, Ardmore, PA 19096. Jordan, always treated my husband & I as if we were his only client -with genuine concern for our needs and dream list of items for a home. Not to mention, he always followed through ...on everything in a timely manner. He consistently touched base with us over the last 2 years, knowing that we had a house to sell (out of state) - before we could purchase on the main line. While Jordan had many many other families and clients, he stuck with us...and I am so grateful for Jordan's 'realness' and honestesy! The endless hours that he spent with our family over the last almost 2 years was so valuable. But, when we were ready to buy, he knew just the home and sent us an email with the 'perfect home for us'. We spent two weeks - of many emails, texts, and looking at the houses. It turned out that we bought - the first house he recommended when we were ready to buy. Once the offer was accepted, all the logistics that have to take place before closing were handled by Jordan with professionalism, on time, and with our best interest leading up to closing. Needless to say - he was the best and we felt so lucky and forutnate to have him as our relator. He consistently goes above and beyond for his client and will always be the realtor we recommend!

In 2004, I hired Jordan to list my mother's house after the prior agent failed to bring a single offer despite having had the listing for 6 months. This was also r...ight after my father passed away. Jordan listed the house and got it under contract for more than what the prior agent had it listed for. I have both bought and sold houses with Jordan, I find Jordan to have an enormous amount of experience and professionalism. The thing I like most about Jordan is ...his sense of urgency, and also the fact that he's honest with his customers. I have had agents in the past say and do anything to get my listing. Jordan has always been honest in what he believes my properties are worth, and I have found that he is right on when setting the sale price in a very tough market. I believe this is very important to a customer having been both buyer and seller in this market to have faith in your agent and his ability to price your home at the right number to sell. I have also found Jordan to have great decorating taste when directing his customers in preparing their home for sale. I've seen Jordan go above and beyond in helping stage my home for sale. But most of all Jordan was able to sell my million dollar property in a down market for maximum value!
