Sold a home in 2013 in Penn Wynne, Ardmore, PA 19096. One of a kind realtor! Jordan is AMAZING!! We used him to buy and sell our homes. On the selling side he encouraged us to make changes to the house so it would appeal to prospective buye...rs. He directed us to the best, lowest cost solutions for floor sanding & granite; he was encouraging us to spend a little money so we could maximize our investment outcome. It worked! We sold our house in 12 hours for more than list price. When we needed to buy a home he directed us to the right location and properties for our family then negotiated strategic points with the home owner so we paid a fair amount. Smart, smart business man. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

He helped negotiate a deal to buy a house with multiple ...offers and intense interest -- and then sold my house quickly, getting multiple offers after about 20 showings in the first week! He works with excellent and extremely responsive backup people who can repair, replace, clean, stage, insure, finance -- just about anything that's needed. He is professional yet very kind to his clients, honest and straightforward, works harder than any agent I know -- a true pleasure! I highly recommend him!

We were new to the area and on a tight timeline to find and purchase a home. Susan went above and beyond locating homes for us to see and setting appointments that fit our busy schedule. Her demeanor was wonderful, patient, engaged and pleasant.... She was skilled at selecting homes which fit our very specific list of needs. Her knowledge of the entire area is better than anyone I have met and her relationships within the real estate community helped us get a complicated deal done on time. I was also impressed with her long list of highly rated contacts for improvements, decor, landscape, repairs etc. Susan is the real deal, a hard worker that listens to needs and provides results. I almost never do online reviews, but it is deserved and, given how great she was, I felt obliged. I've met many real estate agents over the years and Sondra was, by far, the most reliable, educated, and helpful agent my wife and I had the plea...sure of working with. We just bought a home with Sondra's help-- Sondra acted as diligently as a close friend or family member would in looking out for our interests, rather than as a generic sales agent trying to make a buck off of us. She was always on time and she never made us feel bad for the off-hours or various locations we asked to meet to view homes. During our many home visits, Sondra was careful to point out any issues with potential repairs, the flow of the home, or the neighborhood it was in. This came in handy when we found the home we loved (and bought) because there were many issues under the glossy surface that helped us make a more educated decision and bargain more effectively when we put down an offer.

Sondra was amazing! We were buying long-distance with very limited "feet-on-the-ground" time. Sondra helped us narrow our geographic search based on our description of what we were looking for and very little face-to-face time. She also arra...nged a marathon day of 18 house viewings for us to maximize our ability to find our perfect place without having to fly to the area again. She made the long-distance purchase easy on us, even with difficult sellers and some tough negotiations. Now that we've settled in we can't imagine how we were lucky enough to find our perfect house in the perfect location with so little prior knowledge of the area -- and the luck was finding Sondra!
