Jordan is THE best realtor we have met in years. We have bought and sold several homes and we have been searching for a new home for a few years. We have worked with realtors in several different cities and found no one nearly as incredible as ...Jordan. Not only is he knowledgable and responsive and professional…he's just a great guy! We found our dream home with Jordan and that meant a home we could fix up and renovate. We had a rocky closure with the sellers and Jordan was so helpful and present and impressive with guiding us through those rough waters- we could not have gone through it without someone as process oriented and patient as Jordan .We cannot say enough about his negotiating skills and people skills- he is exactly the person you want handling your real estate.

He was very responsive, knowledgeabl...e about the area, thorough, and managed the whole process very smoothly. We especially appreciated how knowledgeable he was about estimating the costs of various renovation projects. It allowed us to see the potential in houses that we would have otherwise passed up. We needed to do the renovations before moving into the house and he connected us with excellent contractors. On a personal note, we loved working with him. He's easy to get along with and has a good sense of humor combined with a calm, professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills.
