I'll skip right to the point if you're tight for time to read the whole review.... contact Jordan if you want the most patient, professional, detailed oriented, and business savvy agent in the area. Now onto the back...ground. We were moving to an area that we weren't familiar with and had concerns about finding the right house in the right neighborhood. Jordan put all fears to rest and took weeks to take us around to different neighborhoods and/or educate us on what areas might best fit the difficult criteria we provided. He never once complained that we were moving too slowly or needed to settle. His positive attitude put us at ease and made the process that much easier. At times we were very concerned in this difficult market, with our laundry list of desires, that we wouldn't find the house. He told us that the right house was out there and he would find it, don't worry. In this limited inventory market Jordan used all his connections to find houses we didn't even know about. He went out with us as many times as we needed. When we found the right house, he provided his extensive network of contractors, bankers, and other resources that made the process very smooth. His years of experience really shows during the final phases of negotiations and any fears are quickly put to rest as he navigates through the complicated home buying process. He is also highly respected by other agents in the area. I can truly say that Jordan is a talented, honest, and overall great guy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone in search of a rock star agent. We bought our dream house for a great price in a difficult market and made a new friend in the process. We wish him continued success and will highly recommend him to anyone we can!

Her demeanor was wonderful, patient, engaged and pleasant.... She was skilled at selecting homes which fit our very specific list of needs. Her knowledge of the entire area is better than anyone I have met and her relationships within the real estate community helped us get a complicated deal done on time. Sondra was extremely professional, very responsive and came with plenty of experience. She executed the sale of our house within 2 weeks, after 40 showings and 3 offers. From helping us get our house ready, getting professional photographs take...n, and plenty of interest with foot traffic, we were beyond happy with our experience. For as stressful as house selling can be, Sondra made it pleasant and went beyond the call of duty.
