We are so glad that we decided to wo...rk with Jordan. He is an honest, down-to-earth man who works his heart out for his clients. He guided us through the ups and downs of the real estate exercise by his dedication, loyalty and tremendous resourcefulness and he has become more a friend than our realtor. He truly deserves the success he has achieved and we are lucky, indeed, to have found him.

Sondra was amazing! We were buying long-distance with very limited "feet-on-the-ground" time. Sondra helped us narrow our geographic search based on our description of what we were looking for and very little face-to-face time. She also arra...nged a marathon day of 18 house viewings for us to maximize our ability to find our perfect place without having to fly to the area again. She made the long-distance purchase easy on us, even with difficult sellers and some tough negotiations. Now that we've settled in we can't imagine how we were lucky enough to find our perfect house in the perfect location with so little prior knowledge of the area -- and the luck was finding Sondra!

I almost never do online reviews, but it is deserved and, given how great she was, I felt obliged. I've met many real estate agents over the years and Sondra was, by far, the most reliable, educated, and helpful agent my wife and I had the plea...sure of working with. We just bought a home with Sondra's help-- Sondra acted as diligently as a close friend or family member would in looking out for our interests, rather than as a generic sales agent trying to make a buck off of us. She was always on time and she never made us feel bad for the off-hours or various locations we asked to meet to view homes. During our many home visits, Sondra was careful to point out any issues with potential repairs, the flow of the home, or the neighborhood it was in. This came in handy when we found the home we loved (and bought), because there were many issues under the glossy surface that helped us make a more educated decision and bargain more effectively when we put down an offer.

Having worked with Jordan as a designer/ stager on many of his listings, I have watched the professionalism and care with which he treats all his clients as well as the fast and meticulous way he gets properties sold. When the time came to stag...e and sell my mothers house there was never any doubt that the job was for Jordan and he had it sold and wrapped up by day 2 !! Sondra is awesome. My husband and I are working so hard to get the American dream life. However, this dream becomes really hard when you come from another country and do not know much about how things are done without people taking advantage of...you. Well, Sondra was an excellent seller and she was really patient with us; explained us everything in detail and helped us very much through out this stressful process. She made our fist home purchase as an unforgettable experience.

We were very lucky to have found Jordan for our house hunt. He has great knowledge of the local market as well as an excellent eye for quality in a new home. Jordan was able to meet us for home tours in a moment's not...ice, and he always had incredibly valuable information about the quality of the home and how it compared to the rest of the market. Having just moved to Pennsylvania, it was great to have Jordan's experience when it came time to make an offer and navigate the escrow and closing processes. Jordan took the time to explain all of the steps and worked with us to prepare successful counter-offers and to help us put together a list of contingencies and requests for the seller. We then profited from Jordan's excellent negotiating skills as he got us everything we asked for! I couldn't have been happier with how this home buying experience went. While we plan to live in our new home for decades, if the time came for us to move, I wouldn't hesitate to give Jordan a call!

I was very impressed with Sondra through my house buying journey. I didn't know anything about real estate when I approached her with my intent to explore houses in the neighbourhood. I was looking for a decent house but with a tight budget and...given my busy work schedule, no time to explore during weekdays. Even though I gave her a very vague impression of what I was looking for, she was quick to observe my reactions through initial showings and continuously tailored next inventory to my specs. She accommodated very well my constrains and we worked as a team to find the ideal home within my budget. I especially appreciate her protective nature, not only because she was stopping me from falling to temptations but also for her care to all parties engaged in the process. Sondra values her integrity and professionalism very much and and she has a lovely personality to work with. I would certainly recommend her name to my friends or anyone exploring houses.
