Prior to contacting Jordan, we had our house on the market for several months with very disappointing results. After interviewing realtors, we were so impressed with Jordan's honesty, market knowledge and direct, pragmatic approach that we list...ed the house with him. One of the best choices we ever made! Within a few weeks, the house was sold. Jordan expertly guided us through some inspection issues with fairness and integrity. As well, he helped us find a new home that met our needs. Over the years, I have bought and sold many houses. And, I can honestly say Jordan is the best realtor that I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Jordan Wiener.

Jordan helped us find and buy a unique property in Narberth PA. He coordinated a well organized search for properties that met our needs, and notified us as soon as highly desirable new construction came on the market so that we were first in ...line to negotiate a deal. He is a straight shooter and did a good job advocating our interests vis a vis the builder who was selling the house. He is very responsive (available 24/7) and on the ball. Would strongly recommend working with him if you are looking to purchase on the Main Line.

Susan recently helped my partner and I purchase our first home! We were moving quickly and had a particular wish list. She always provided honest, objective feedback on properties we viewed - and didn't hold back if she felt pricing was too hig...h or low. This was particularly helpful as we had not had any real estate experience in determining value of a property prior to this. We relied heavily on her experience in that regard. She was especially helpful during closing - going through all the documents with us in-depth to ensure we understood everything. Because of this, we never felt any pressure or stress throughout the process. I highly recommend Susan (and already have!).

We were so fortunate to find Jordan when we made the move from California to Pennsylvania. We knew very little about the Main Line area and relied on Jordan to help us become familiar with the various neighborhoods. I only had one day to see th...e area and tour multiple homes, and Jordan instantly made me feel comfortable with the process.
