We were first time homebuyers moving from Center City Philadelphia, looking along the ...Main Line, an area Jordan knows very well. His knowledge of not only the area, but details like the construction and materials used in the homes we toured, and his willingness to give an honest, well-informed opinion about particular homes, was invaluable. He was patient with our many beginner questions, always willing to educate us about the detailed process. He gave us good suggestions for other resources, such as a roofing contractor, an inspector, floor repair people, and so on. While this was all perfect for a first-time home buying experience, his talents as an expert negotiator helped us immensely after we had tendered our offer. Jordan hustled for us, and got us the deal we were looking for, which is what you want in a real estate agent. We can't thank Jordan enough for all of his help! We're so happy with our new home in our new community. He made a stressful experience a lot less stressful.

We had interviewed several realtors when Jordan Wiener was highly recommended to us by a friend whom he helped to sell and buy a house – and they are still friends....This said to us that he was someone we could trust and rely on. He is. Jordan is on call at all hours for questions, concerns, to make a run to pick out granite, to follow up or come over when something isn’t going quite right with an install, to help rearrange a room, to play with your dog, to play with your child, to put the sign back up that the wind blew over – in a blinding rain. He is completely hands on. Jordan has great contractors and can get anything done on time, sometimes just in time, but he has great influence in the area, so it does get done! It is impossible to state how important this is during the home selling process, when things are cropping up daily that need to be repaired, refinished and removed. More importantly, Jordan gets the job done. He knows the other realtors and the market and was willing to listen and learn about our small area of town. He helped us stage, price, photograph (using the most amazing photographer) and market our house so that we had multiple offers at the Brokers’ Open house. In hours, we were sold and off the market, for more than our asking price. He has continued to help us through the entire process to closing, making sure all the details are taken care of. We feel like we made a friend as well as a very wise business decision when we asked Jordan Wiener to help us sell our home.
